So many unknowns… alas; I do not have all the answers, but I sure as heck will share what I do know ~ so let’s dig in!
April is Geng Chen:
- Geng is Yang Metal
- Chen is Dragon
Last month was so challenging because of a unique trio in position ~ remember I spoke to that HERE… It wasn’t fun, and was impossible to override!
We’ve been together for some time now, so you have a good idea of who I am, my expertise, and my goal to speak plainly about a very technical subject.
April is gonna be tough.
Why?
Because we have a new monthly sword (Yang Metal of Geng) pushing through, and we already have one leading the way for 2020 Year ~ two swords don’t muck about; they clash.
Such a strong metal presence will be militant, with an increase for military interventions and restrictions increasing ~ they have to, it’s the only way to keep us safe!
Unfortunately, people will rebel against the rules, and I beg you not to ~ this is a time to just do as we’re told.
As I speak to what I see, trust that there is a positive side to this ~ you’ll see it further down, so hang in there as we walk through these icky bits first.
We need to have a little BaZi #101 lesson for a moment, so stay with me, I’ll keep it light, but I need for you to know this stuff.
Because Geng is the Stem (first part of Geng Chen = Yang Metal) it means actions, it means what we see, and tempers are going to flare, with people fighting, openly.
Normally I would sugar-coat such a statement, and try to hide its intent ~ but I cannot do that in good conscience this month, because I need you to be ready.
As the Branch Chen (second part of Geng Chen = Dragon) we have a fierce and powerful undercurrent as the Branch represents the baseline, the foundation, and will either support / strengthen the Stem above, or weaken / deplete it.
The Dragon is one of 4 Graveyard animals ~ which simply means it is an animal that stores things underground / within ~ think of it somewhat like a tomb. It’s a very powerful animal with a strong earthly presence .
Unfortunately, yes, we will see the death numbers rise exponentially this Graveyard month, as the heavy earth will overcome many ?…
The reason the fighting will rise, in the streets, looting and damage to property, both private and personal, is because this Dragon gives support to the Sword above.
People will become scared this month, with overwhelming emotions they won’t know how to do deal with, how to pay bills, feed their families, and some will make desperate choices.
Yeah, I know, not a positive Sam statement, and I’d like to say otherwise, but that’s not my style ~ I call it how I see it.
Now you know this, you can alter your actions and more importantly, your reactions.
That’s the point of me sharing here ~ it’s not fear-mongering, it’s information you can use to make a difference.
Take steps now:
- Ensure your home is secure ~ valuable items out of sight
- Be mindful of what you post on social media ~ about what you have
- Be respectful when shopping ~ buy only what you need & leave plenty for others
- Safeguard your store-front ~ move expensive merchandise out of view
- Be patient with each other / with strangers ~ everyone is feeling fractured
Is there a good side to April Sam… Can we do this…?
YES!
There is a major key element in all this that can swing things, and that is we have an aspect of ‘UNITY‘ which is partly why people will rise up, and why they will in also work together.
There is an undercurrent of mistrust, and it’s why people are questioning the reporting of COVID-19, it’s why they are pushing back on their governments, and playing the blame game ~ and that voice is unifying right now.
Wake up peeps ~ we cannot play the blame game ~ what’s done is done.
What we can do is tap into this UNITY and work TOGETHER, because if we unify productively, we have something far more valuable than a ridiculous edict given about not shipping valuable equipment to countries in need!
Can I say idiot US umpa-lumpa out loud…?
Yeah, I think I can ~ clearly I need to work on my outside voice... ?
The only way to subdue the force of this Sword wielding Dragon, is to unite in a common direction and encourage the Dragon to work in our favour.
In my recent Podcast HERE I quoted one of my favourite sayings from The Little Prince:
“Love does not consist of gazing at each other, but in looking outward together in the same direction.”
Um hello ~ could it be any clearer?
As we enter more separation from loved ones, as we buckle under the financial hit to our very core, we must stay together.
We’re all in the same boat, struggling to keep families fed, loved ones healthy, our business’s afloat and our mindsets positive.
I told you April was gonna be tough…
What we WILL see this month, what we must focus on, is those countries that work together, as they will produce something amazing, and I mean AMAZING breakthroughs, like reformatting equipment to subvert this bloody COVID-19!
We WILL see advances in the medical field too, as they unearth potential cures they can work toward. If information is shared between countries, incredible data will be united, and a positive direction found.
**The Dragon of April holds water and wood as two (out of three) of its elemental core, and both foster wise academia. However, it’s in the ‘graveyard’ which means not quite useable yet ~ it has to be brought to the surface and into daylight to be productive!
Remember, it’s never all doom and gloom, where there is a Yin, there is a Yang, and balance can be found.
If we unite and work together
Once again, I’m bypassing Feng Shui areas of your home to avoid, because if you are like me, I am using e-v-e-r-y room in my house, just to feel like I’m going places… ?
Alrighty, let’s move into our horoscopes and see who interacts with whom, this part always amazes even me with its accuracy!

Do you have:Dog in your birth chart ~ Clash Most often a scary thought when a clash pops into your chart, this could mean breakthroughs for you, and change in your immediate daily life. Look to where the clash is, as that is where you’ll feel this ok.
Rabbit in your birth chart ~ Harm You may feel pressured and possibly backed into a corner… and if this is in your month of birth, likely a job loss / change. Harms are often fast-acting and not permanent, so fingers crossed you handle this well.
Dragon in your birth chart ~ Self-Penalty It’s no fun dealing with a Self-Penalty as they cause major issues… Take a moment and really consider what you are doing, and the long-term effects. I get you may need to make some tough calls, just do your best to evaluate all the options first ok. Act impulsively, and you will be your own problem!
Ox in your birth chart ~ Destruction Normally a toughie, you are somewhat saved this month as the Rat of 2020 will intervene for you. Focus on healthy routines, and as they say “stay on your own Yoga mat” and keep your nose out of other people’s business…
Rooster in your birth chart ~ Combination Ah… If you’ve been looking for help, you’ll find it now. Normally I’d say network and connect ~ however, clearly you’ll need to do that from a safe distance, so maybe work on that social media account of yours and ramp up your connections and followers!
Ok, I mentioned April would be tough, and I wasn’t kidding…
I believe the Dragon will take us to some dark depths emotionally, and pollute our minds with its hidden tomb-like quality.
You HAVE to rise up from this!
We’re entering the tricky bit now ~ quarantine’s are extending, isolation is not over, and as a loving, touching, embracing world, we are feeling this big time.
We miss our unity ~ we miss each other.
Know that this is probably the worse month, as the Dragon will force us down, but remember, once we hit bottom, there is only one way to go:
UP!
My take on COVID-19 is that we will see more breakthroughs in May (Snake month) and change in June (Horse month) as the Horse will clash the Rat of 2020 ~ which in turn generates action and change.
No, I don’t foresee a grand cure and everything back to normal ~ it’s more a case of turning the tables at that point.
Hang in there my friends, and remember, if you look at your life, and feel despair ~ look outward around you, we are right beside you, and we are all feeling the same pain.
There is no mistake in my releasing this blog & my newsletter now, as April 5th signifies the beginning of a spiritual rebirth, and we will have an opportunity to improve our world as a whole.
